Daniel Raiskin is chief conductor of Staatsorchester Rheinische Philharmonie and also chief conductor of the "Rubinstein" Philharmonie in Lodz.
Born in St. Petersburg in 1970 Daniel Raiskin studied viola at the music academy in St. Petersburg, Amsterdam and in Freiburg im Breisgau At the same time Mr. Raiskin has studied orchestral conducting with Lev Savich in St. Petersburg as well as in various master classes with Mariss Jansons, Neeme Järvi, Jorma Panula and Miland Horvat.
In addition to his positions as chief conductor Daniel Raiskin is a regular guest conductor amongst others at the Mozarteum Orchestra, Salzburg, RTE Orchestra Dublin, Residentie Orkest Den Haag, Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra and the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, Deutsche Philharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, Hamburg Symphonic Orchestra, Staatskapelle Halle, Philharmonic Orchestra Copenhagen, Prague Symphonic Orchestra FOK, Prague Philharmonia, Symphony Orchestra of the Czech Radio Prague, the Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio Station Warschau and Kattowitz, Malmö Symphony Orchestra and the Symphony Orchestra Stavanger.
Daniel Raiskin has performed with very famous soloist such as Lang-Lang, Natalia Gutmann, Midori, Mischa Maisky, Shlomo Mintz, Julian Rachlin, Janine Jansen, Ivo Pogoreli´c, Dmitri Sitkovetsky, Benjamin Schmid, Daniel Müller- Schott, Hagai Shaham, Martin Fröst, Kari Kriikku, Steven Osborne, Enrico Pace, Alexei Lubimov and many more.

Flute
First Prize Winner of the Jean-Pierre Rampal international Flute competition in 1987, Philippe Bernold, one of the most brilliant representatives of the French school of flute, remains the only french flautist to claim this prestigious title. Born in 1960, Mr. Bernold studied with Alain Marion at the Paris Conservatory, obtaining his first prize in 1982.
Henceforth, Mr. Bernold has performed as a soloist and chamber musician with internationally renowned artists such as Mstislav Rostropovich, Jean- Pierre Rampal, Maurice André as well as with such famous conductors as Lorin Maazel, Kent Nagano, Yehudi Menuhin, Ton Koopman etc.
Philippe Bernold has a very successful international carreer as solo flautist and as conductor. He has studied conducting with René Matter and Fritz Münch. He has received invitations to conduct in many countries such as France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Poland and Korea.
Philippe Bernold is professor for chamber music at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris and Professor for flute at the Lyon Conservatoire. He is teaching at the Nice International Summer Academy and in Kyoto (Japan) as well as at numerous master classes in different countries.

Flute
Andrea Lieberknecht was born in Augsburg. She studied music under Professor Paul Meisen at the academy of music in Munich. In 1988, even before finishing her studies, she became soloist flute player with the Munich Radio Orchestra. In 1991 she changed to the same position in The West German Radio Symphony Orchestra in Cologne. Moreover during the years 1993 to 1996 she was the soloist flute player at the Richard Wagner Festival in Bayreuth.
As a soloist and member of a chamber music group she has won many international competitions: i.e., the international music competition "Prager Frühling" in 1991, International Flute Competition Kobe in 1993. With the ARCIS Quintett prize winner of the German Music Competition 1996 and the international competition for chamber music at the ARD, Munich, in Colmar, Belgrade, Tokyo and Trapani.
Recitals, solo concerts and chamber music concerts with well-known musicians and famous orchestras have taken her around the world. Numerous compact disc recordings with solo and chamber music, some of the prizewinning, document her versatile artistic activity.
Since 2002 she has been a professor of flute at the academy of music in Hannover.

Clarinet
Harri Mäki began studying the clarinet with Kari Kriikku in 1977. He graduated from the Conservatoire de Musique de Geneve with Premier Prix from the class of Thomas Friedli.
Harri Mäki is the solo clarinetist and a founding member of the Tapiola Sinfonietta (established in 1988) and is a member of Avanti! Chamber Orchestra in Helsinki. He is also the head of the clarinet department in Finland's highest-ranking institution of music studies, the Sibelius Academy. He teaches clarinet master classes and chamber music both in Finland and abroad. Mäki has performed frequently as a soloist and a chamber musician in most European countries, South America, Far-East and Asia.
Harri Mäki's has performed as soloist and chamber musician with international renowned artists such as Sakari Oramo, Wolf Dieter Hauschild, Joseph Swensen, Dag Jensen, Albrecht Meyer and Izumi Tateno. He can also be heard on the BIS and Ondine labels.

Clarinet
With only being 29 years old he became professor for clarinet at the Hochschule für Musik Cologne and is leading one of the most successful masterclasses for clarinet in Europe. He is one of the leading clarinettists of his generation and is performing as soloist on many international festivals and concert halls.
After his studies in Cologne he received national and international scholarships as the "Studienstiftung des Deutsche Volkes" and the "Herbert-von-Karajan- Academy" of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and he was prize winner of the "Deutsche Musikwettbewerb". Already at the age of 20 he became the soloclarinetist of WDR Orchestra Cologne before Sergiu Celibidache called him to join the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra.
As soloist he has been performing with renown orchestras on national and international concert stages and festivals such as Suntory Hall- Tokyo, Lincoln Centre – New York, Téatro Colon– Buenos Aires etc. He dedicates himself with great enthusiasm to chamber music. He is giving concerts and master classes regularly in the USA, Japan, South America, Australia and Europe.
Ralph Manno's discography is huge and contains most of the famous compositions for clarinet by Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Schumann as well as 20th century composers from Hindemith, Strawinsky, Messaien, Bartok etc.
"Phenomenal intensity" writes the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" about Ralph Manno's clarinet playing. "Highlights of classic" is the headline of the "New York Times".

Horn
In Rauma, Finland born, Markus Maskuniitty studied at the Sibelius Academy as a student of Timo Ronkainen, Helsinki and with Radovan Vlatkovic in Berlin.
He played principal French horn with the Finish Radio Sinfony Orchestra. In 1994 he became Principal French Horn with the Deutsche Sinonieorchester Berlin and held the same position at the Berliner Philharmoniker from 1997 to 1999.
Markus Maskuniitty was voted "Brass Player of the Year" in Finland in 1992. He has won prices at several international soloist competitions, including the international French horn competition in Markneukirchen in 1991 and the ARD-Wettbewerb in Munich in 1994.
Markus Maskuniitty has held a professorship in the French horn at the Academy of Music in Hannover, Germany, since 2000.

Horn
Will Sanders is a hornist born in Venlo, the Netherlands. He studied music specialising in the horn at the Music Academy in Maastricht with Prof. Hubert Crüts and Prof. Erich Penzel. In 1985, while still a student, he became a member of the Euro pean Youth Orchestra conducted by Claudio Abbado and later joined the Mannheim National Theatre Orchestra serving as a under study horn soloist. In 1988 he graduated with honors from the Music Academy and joined the Süd westfunk Baden-Baden Radio Symphony Orchestra as horn soloist. In 1990 he joined the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra in the same position. From 1992 to 1997 he had a position of solo horn in the orchestra of the Bayreuth festival.
Will Sanders has worked with many distinguished conductors and soloists of our time. He has worked with many leading German orchestras and has been a guest performer for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to his orchestral work he has appeared regularly as an international soloist as well as a member of numerous chamber music ensembles such as German Brass, Linus Ensemble, Mullova Ensemble and the Wind Art Ensemble. He has in addition made numerous CDs and other recordings for radio and television.
In 1995 he took over the position as professor for the horn at the Music Academy in Maastricht from Professor Erich Penzel and he became Professor for horn at the Music Academy in Karls ruhe in 1999. Since 2002 he has been periodically guest professor at the university in Rio de Janeiro.
He has been regularly invited to pass on his experience and his artistic competence on well-known international music festivals and music competitions.

Raimund Wippermann studied music teaching, sacred music and choirmaster
at the University of Music in Cologne and Duesseldorf. Post graduate studies
at the conservatory in Stockholm followed (amongst others with Professor
Eric Ericson); several years' engagement as church musician; 1991 appointment
as Director of Music at the dome in Essen where he was entrusted with
the direction of the dome choir and the formation of the girls' choir.
Since 1997 is Raimund Wippermann professor for choir conducting at the
Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf where he already started as
a teacher in 1990. A special emphasis of his work as professor is the choir
master teaching of students of sacred music.
Since August 2004 he has been the director of the Robert Schumann
Hochschule in Düsseldorf.
Raimund Wippermann is the founder and artistic director of the chamber choir
Cantemus. From 1995 until September 2000 he was also choir master of the
Städtischer Musikverein in Düsseldorf.
He has been a price winner of the German choir competition with his chamber
choir Cantemus in 1990 in Stuttgart and has received the scholarship of the
Deutsche Musikrat and has also won a price in the German choir competition
2002 in Osnabrück with his girls' choir of the Dome in Essen.
He is a regular guest conductor of the radio choir of the Bayerischer Rundfunk.
